As individuals we have an amazing capacity for resourcefulness and growth. Granted, we have all had failures in the past but the ability to reframe these failures as opportunities is the great differentiator to success.

Personal coaching can help you find the solutions by helping you find the answers within yourself. There is no cookie cutter approach to personal coaching. Each situation is approached with a teamwork mentality focusing on reaching an individual's full potential. By listening and asking questions I will assist you in finding your own solutions.

Coaching is not giving advice. You will be coached to find your own answers. Edward Cummings, poet, captured the true essence of coaching in his quote: "Always the beautiful answer who asks a more beautiful question." I believe that we hold the answers within ourselves. Through using a variety of resources tailored to your specific needs I will assist you in finding your own answers. We are all different.  Meeting individual differences in coaching is a key to success.
